WebRequested an IRS Payment Plan. I checked the box in TurboTax Online to say I wanted to apply for a payment plan. It directed me to the IRS site to make an initial payment (which I did). Then it just went on to the filing step. It did not seem to do anything to process the payment plan request. Is that the way it is supposed to work?
