WebWe have United Healthcare High for this specific reason -- $4k pp ortho coverage. Insurances are finicky about starting new coverage if you're in the middle of ortho though. My dentist said GEHA is also good. Edit: Oh! Its apparently cheaper to do ortho through a dentist, not orthodontist. Ortho quoted me $8k, but my dentist quoted me nearly $4k.
