Please take a look at this article and try the various steps outline. WebMar 12, 2024 · OBS is not actually frozen as everything else works. The only way around it is to stop the stream and start over, or go into the Properties for the Camera Source and toggle the Settings in there, like changing it to OBS Virtual Camera. Then the video feed unfreezes and works fine.

WebHi! Just got an elgato facecam. I don't have any of the issues people seem to post about here. No freezing, picture quality is great, I'm super happy. The only little hitch, and it's rather minor, is that it seems to drop frames when running at 60fps. WebFacecam is getting even better with this latest firmware update.
