AUTHORITY These regulations are adopted by the Town of Douglas, Board of Health, as authorized by WebPublic Health Services. The Douglas County Health Department has been committed to providing continuity of public health services for county residents through a phased approach. Services began transitioning June 1, 2024, and the final transition of services was effective January 1, 2024.
