WebOct 7, 2024 · The tried and true of bassheads seems to be a pair of Darth Beyers. However, I've never listened to a pair, so I can't necessarily say. Also, you're looking for a 'phone that can be good unamped. I guess I would lean toward the D2000 myself, as it was an incredibly humbling headphone to listen to organ music. Good luck.
