WebWithout knowning anything about number of PSA and RMM licenses and commitment, it's hard to give an estimate. Over the years our pricing has gone down the more licenses we added. But as a start and with a single license your looking at roughly $ 100 for Autotask Pro per user and $ 2,50 RMM per endpoint. But just a very rough estimate :) WebMost agreements only include standard remote support, so OOH or Onsite support is charged at an hourly rate. For remote support for services/issue types not covered are charged @ £20 if the ticket takes less than 30 minutes for tickets longer than 30 minutes are charged at a standard remote rate.
